Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited in Bengaluru seeks an Executive - BIW Responsibilities & Key Deliverables to lead design engineering of automotive GSM components, including glass, seals and mechanisms, with CATIA V5 in surface modelling, part modelling and detailing.

You will coordinate with suppliers and customers, implement updates per client requirements, and utilize TeamCentre DMU tools and PLM workflows. Experience with GSM components and manufacturing methods is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design engineering experience for automotive GSM components.
• Experience with CATIA V5 modules: surface modelling, part modelling, detailing.
• Familiarity with GD&T applications and functional annotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design engineering of automotive GSM components.

Executive - BIW Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Hands on experience in Design engineering of Automotive GSM components. Experience in Glass, seals and mechanisms . Good CAD proficiency on CATIA V5 in below modules Surface modelling (Generative Shape Design Module) Part modelling Detailing (Drafting) Assembly design 3D Annotation (Functional Tolerancing & Annotation) Having good knowledge of GSM components and manufacturing methodologies Master section creation & Developing Engineering Surface. Understand design and apply updating according to client requirements for a product Maintain effective communication with supplier, customer and outside resources concerning technical issues. Knowledge in CATIA & TeamCentre Visualization DMU Tools. Experience in PLM Software( TeamCentre preferred). Experience in supplier interaction. Good GD&T application knowledge.
