Vrinda International is hiring for a WMS specialist with 8-12 years of experience to provide functional and technical support for Blue Yonder WMS. The role involves troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, and supporting inbound/outbound processes in a hybrid setup.

The candidate will monitor performance, deploy patches, and train super-users, contributing to an efficient warehouse operations environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant WMS experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS in complex environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Blue Yonder WMS.
• Troubleshoot warehouse, integration, interface and application issues.
• Perform incident and problem management activities.
• Conduct RCA and implement fixes for recurring issues.
• Support inbound, outbound, inventory and replenishment processes.
• Perform end-to-end testing and validate system changes.
• Analyze logs and resolve production issues within SLA.
• Monitor WMS application performance and deploy patches.
• Guide support teams and provide super-user training as needed
