Job summary

TazaPay in Delhi (Saket) is seeking a high-impact BizOps/Programme Manager to transform complex payments operations into scalable, technology-enabled processes. You will partner with Payments Operations leadership to identify inefficiencies and drive execution across critical payment workflows.

Ideal candidate has 4–8 years, preferably from top-tier consulting, and is comfortable as an independent IC who dives into operational details to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience, preferably in top-tier consulting.
• Ability to analyse complex payment operations and design scalable processes.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor and drilling into operational detail.

Responsibilities

• Root-cause analysis on operational pain points and translate into automation/product requirements.
• Build controls, re-engineer processes, and develop performance dashboards.

TazaPay is a trade management platform for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to conduct cross-border commerce safely.

It will bring together the best technologies and financial services that are only available to the large companies today and make them accessible to the SMBs.

We are trying to address the unmet needs of millions of exporters and importers who not have access to the essential tools for doing cross-border trade such as trade protections via escrow, currency hedging and finance

Lack of trust is one of the biggest inhibitors for B2B cross border business. Buyers and sellers tend to work only with known and trusted parties thereby limiting their business opportunities. Our platform will enable access to various services for doing cross-border trade safely - such as counterparty risk assessment, trade assurance and trade protections via escrow

Our goal is to enhance trust in the trade process so that SMBs feel confident about doing more business with overseas counterparties

Our platform is cloud-based and easy to use. Our mobile and web apps simplify and digitalize every step of the process. Using our cloud-based platform, the SMBs can do more business with trusted parties in a trusted and convenient manner.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact BizOps / Programme Management opportunity for a problem solver who thrives on transforming complex payment operations into scalable, efficient, and technology-enabled processes. You will operate as a strategic and hands-on partner to the Payments Operations leadership team, identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, and driving execution across critical payment workflows.

Operations Scope

Money Movement (24×7), RFI/Query Management, Rail Operations & Testing, RBAC/Access Management, Reconciliation & Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Root-cause analysis on operational pain points → automation/product requirements
• Build controls, process re engineering models, Performance dashboards

Ideal Candidate

4–8 years, preferably top-tier consulting.
