Job summary

Innovspatial seeks a BIM Engineer to develop accurate 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP. You will create families, worksets, schedules and documentation, and manage templates and shop drawings.

You will perform clash detection with Navisworks and ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and international standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience creating accurate 3D BIM models for MEP systems.
• Proficiency with Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP for model development.
• Ability to develop families, worksets, schedules, and formulas.
• Experience with project templates, views, sheets and documentation.
