Job summary

Aparna Constructions And Estates is seeking a skilled BIM Architect to lead the development and management of architectural BIM workflows across projects. You will create and maintain BIM models, ensure data accuracy, and drive coordination with design teams and other disciplines to minimize conflicts.

Key duties include implementing BIM standards, performing clash detection, extracting data for quantity takeoffs, and producing construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate With Design Teams to Create and Manage BIM Models Throughout the Project Lifecycle.
• Create Architectural Models Using BIM Software (E.G., Revit) And Ensure Accuracy and Completeness of Design Information.
• Coordinate With Other Disciplines to Integrate Architectural Designs into The Overall BIM Project Model
• Conduct Clash Detection and Resolve Design Conflicts to Enhance Coordination and Minimize Errors
• Data Extraction, Utilizing the BIM Model to Extract Data for Quantity Takeoffs
• Generate Architectural Construction Documents, Shop Drawings and Support the Creation of As-Built Documentation.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Advancements in BIM Technology and Methodologies.
• Collaborate With Project Managers and Team Members to Meet Project Deliverables and Deadlines.
• Ensure Adherence to Company/Project BIM Standards, Templates, And Best Practices.
• Assist In Quality Control Processes and Provide Guidance to Junior Team Members, If Applicable.
