Job summary

Assystem is seeking a BIM Modeller in India to develop, manage, and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. You will support design, engineering, and construction teams by ensuring accurate model creation, clash detection, and documentation according to project standards.

The ideal candidate should have 3–8 years of BIM modelling experience, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC, and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 3–8 years of BIM modelling experience.
• Experience in Metro, Railway, Infrastructure or High-rise Building projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with BEP and company BIM standards.
• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models.
• Maintain file management and version control per project protocols.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide model-based inputs.

Job Summary

The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating detailed 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The role supports design, engineering, and construction teams by ensuring accurate model creation, clash detection, and documentation in accordance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.
• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models.
• Maintain proper file management and version control as per project protocols.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide model-based inputs.
