Job summary

Assystem GmbH is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop, manage, and coordinate detailed 3D models using BIM software in Gurugram, India. You will support design, engineering, and construction teams, ensuring accurate model creation, clash detection, and documentation per project standards.

The role requires 3–8 years of BIM modelling experience with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC. Metro, railway, and large infrastructure project exposure is preferred; on-site work in

• 3–8 years of BIM modelling experience.
• Diploma/Bachelor in Civil/Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
• Experience in Metro, Railway, Infrastructure, or High-rise Building projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with BEP and BIM standards; update models with revisions and site feedback.
• Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models.
