The role supports design, engineering, and construction teams by ensuring accurate model creation, clash detection, and documentation in accordance with project standards.**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.* Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.* Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.* Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.* Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.* Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.* Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models.* Maintain proper file management and version control as per project protocols.* Participate in coordination meetings and provide model-based inputs.**Software Proficiency Required:*** Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP)* AutoCAD* Navisworks* BIM 360 / ACC (preferred)* Microsoft Office**Key Skills:*** Strong technical and detailing skills* Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements* Good coordination and communication skills* Ability to work under deadlines## My profile**Qualification & Experience:*** Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.* 3–8 years of experience in BIM modelling.* Experience in Metro, Railway, Infrastructure, or High-rise Building projects preferred.* Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing standards.Electrical SubstationWe are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
