Job summary

Assystem in India seeks a skilled BIM Modeller – Architect to develop and manage architectural BIM models for building projects. You will work closely with architects, structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate 3D modeling, coordination and documentation as per project requirements.

The candidate will develop detailed BIM models in Autodesk Revit, prepare plans and drawings, and coordinate clash detection with Navisworks, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project LOD.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in BIM modeling for architectural projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architecture.
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit and coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings: plans, sections, elevations, details.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes using Navisworks or clash tools.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, LOD requirements and ISO standards.
• Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models and update with design changes.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and maintain model documentation and version control.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller – Architect to develop and manage architectural BIM models for various building projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate 3D modeling, coordination, and documentation as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes using Navisworks or clash detection tools.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.Update models based on design changes and site inputs.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of models

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture.
• 3-8 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architectural projects).
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD (Level of Development), and ISO standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC.
• Exposure to international projects will be an added advantage.
