Assystem is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines in large-scale infrastructure projects. You will create drawings, coordinate with design teams, and ensure model accuracy and documentation quality.

The role requires 3–8 years in BIM modelling, familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Collaboration with engineers and adherence to BEP standards are essential.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in civil/architecture/mechanical/electrical engineering.
• 3–8 years of BIM modelling experience.
• Experience in metro, railway, infrastructure or high-rise projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing standards.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating detailed 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The role supports design, engineering, and construction teams by ensuring accurate model creation, clash detection, and documentation in accordance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.


• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.


• Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.


• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.


• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.


• Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.


• Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models.


• Maintain proper file management and version control as per project protocols.


• Participate in coordination meetings and provide model-based inputs.

Software Proficiency Required
