Job summary

Jobitus in Thaltej, Ahmedabad is seeking a BIM Modeler to create residential and commercial models using Revit Architecture. You will coordinate with architects and engineers, develop designs, and generate production-ready BIM models.

The ideal candidate has extensive Revit experience, can manage BIM workflows, and maintains a high level of accuracy for design deliverables. This on-site role offers growth and collaborative team support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/architecture.
• Proven BIM project experience using Revit Architecture.
• Strong eye for detail and design accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create initial REVIT project setup with workflow documents.
• Initiate models for each project and prepare them for production team.
• Provide BIM/REVIT project kickoff information.
• Work with BIM/CAD support team to ensure consistent results.
• Handle daily modelling production and perform QC of productions.
• Provide REVIT Architecture and BME desktop support.
• Offer over-the-shoulder training and shadowing to team members.
• Create content including parametric, formula, and nested families.
• Update content per BME standards in collaboration with architecture disciplines.
• Support linked views and other multi-model requirements.
• Uphold standards and escalate issues promptly.

Job Title: BIM Modeler

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to generate residential/ Commercial models for our clients using Revit Architecture software. In this role, you will be required to coordinate with architects and engineers to discuss design concepts for CAD models, develop designs, and generate software models.

To ensure success as a BIM Modeler, you should have extensive experience working with Revit Architecture software, advanced design skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Education

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related degree.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Revit Architecture (Mandatory). (Structural candidates can apply.)

• Extensive knowledge of Revit Architecture software.

• Working knowledge of BIM industry workflows, production cycle, and priorities.

• Integration of Revit products with other applications (AutoCAD, Takentool, Dynamo).

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Required

• Proven work experience in BIM projects.

• Extensive knowledge of Revit Architecture software.
