Job summary

Sudarshan CADD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated BIM Engineer to join our expanding BIM team in Ahmedabad. This Sr. BIM Engineer will create, modify, and coordinate 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD for international projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, a solid grasp of BIM standards and workflows, and the ability to collaborate with Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines to deliver accurate drawings, schedules, and documentation on time.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of BIM engineering experience.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM workflows and clash detection.
• Ability to coordinate with Architectural, Structural and MEP teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, and project docs from BIM models.
• Ensure BIM standards and workflows compliance.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination.
• Review models and drawings for quality and completeness.
• Maintain project files, models, drawings, documentation.
• Deliver timely, high-quality project deliverables.
• Provide guidance to junior BIM Modelers.
• Identify and resolve modelling issues.

Sudarshan CADD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated BIM Engineer to join our growing BIM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and modify 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure proper model integration
• Perform and support clash detection, model review, and coordination activities
• Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and completeness
• Maintain accurate project files, models, drawings, and documentation
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required
• Identify and resolve modelling, coordination, and documentation issues

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
• Good understanding of engineering and architectural drawings
• Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and 2D/3D modelling
• Good understanding of Architectural, Structural, and/or MEP BIM workflows
• Experience with clash detection and model coordination
• Ability to review and maintain BIM models according to project standards
• Good communication and teamwork skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle project responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
