Job summary

Fist Engineering Solutions seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead multidisciplinary BIM teams and oversee successful BIM project delivery. The role involves establishing BIM standards, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and driving continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate will manage BEP development, ensure quality conformity, and mentor BIM Coordinators. Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and ISO 19650 is essential, with a focus on automation and digital engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary BIM projects from design through construction.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary BIM teams across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, workflows, and project-specific guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company BIM protocols.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Review BIM models for quality, accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection, model coordination, and design review meetings using BIM tools.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate BIM Coordinators, BIM Leads, and BIM Modelers.
• Support business development by participating in technical discussions, proposals, and client presentations.
• Drive BIM innovation, automation, and digital engineering initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 and other BIM standards.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management updates.
