Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in BIM implementation and project coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM tools and standards; strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP/BXP).
• Enforce BIM workflows and standards across projects.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and model walkthroughs.
• Perform clash detection and lead issue resolution strategies.
• Ensure alignment with BIM standards (ISO 19650 / PAS 1192).
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled BIM Implementation Specialist to lead the development and execution of BIM strategies across projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIM tools, standards, and coordination practices, ensuring effective collaboration and accurate model management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP/BXP).
• Enforce BIM workflows and company-wide standards across projects.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and conduct model walkthroughs.
• Perform clash detection and lead issue resolution strategies.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 19650 / PAS 1192 and other relevant BIM standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead BIM-related meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of experience in BIM implementation and project coordination.

• Strong understanding of BIM standards and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
