Job summary

Egis Group in Bangalore, India, is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist - Digital Delivery to coordinate Building Information Modelling activities across design and construction projects.

You will develop BIM strategies, standardize processes, train staff, and liaise with clients and contractors while staying abreast of digital design trends and ensuring quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination.
• Proven track record coordinating large-scale projects using BIM.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools.
• Understanding BIM standards and digital design and construction workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with digital delivery implementation.
• Automation & Dashboarding skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in UAE & KSA is advantageous.

About the Role
