Job summary

Egis in Bangalore, India seeks an experienced BIM Specialist - Digital Delivery to coordinate BIM activities across design and construction projects. You will develop BIM strategies, maintain standards, train staff, and ensure seamless collaboration with clients and contractors, leveraging Revit, Navisworks and related tools.

This role requires 5+ years of BIM coordination experience and a strong track record in large-scale projects, with a focus on digital delivery and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate large-scale design/construction projects with BIM.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and digital delivery workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist - Digital Delivery to join our innovative team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will coordinate our Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities and digital delivery across our design and construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination
• Proven track record of successfully coordinating large-scale design or construction projects using BIM
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly ACC, Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools
• In-depth understanding of BIM standards best practices and digital design and construction workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience with digital delivery implementation in design and construction projects
• Automation & Dashboarding skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in UAE & KSA is advantageous
