BIM Engineer (MEP)

Job summary

Leighton Asia Limited is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to develop and maintain detailed BIM models for MEP systems on data center and large-scale projects. You will coordinate clashes, produce shop drawings, and support delivery through simulations and presentations.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience, preferably focused on MEP works.
• Proven experience on Data Center projects and large-scale infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, transportation, or complex commercial developments.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, shop drawing production, and BIM execution processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and resolving technical design clashes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project deliverables.
