Job summary

Intelligent Consulting Engineers And Builders Priv Ate is seeking a BIM Coordinator MEP to lead and coordinate MEP BIM projects from Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on Electrical BIM experience, Revit MEP proficiency, and clash-free deliverables.

The successful candidate will coordinate with architecture, structure and other MEP disciplines, conduct clash detection, and guide BIM Modelers to ensure quality and timely project delivery for data center/international projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MEP BIM.
• Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP and BIM coordination.
• Experience in Clash Detection / Navisworks is preferred.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Work Schedule: 6 Days | Alternate Saturday Off

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage MEP BIM projects, with preference for Electrical BIM experience.
• Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and other MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and design issues.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and ensure BIM standards and project requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with project teams and support timely project delivery.
• Guide and coordinate BIM Modelers and ensure quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in MEP BIM, preferably Electrical.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Revit MEP and BIM coordination.
• Experience in Clash Detection / Navisworks is preferred.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, BIM workflows, and coordination.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Experience in Data Center / International projects will be an added advantage.
