Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a Senior Lead BIM/MEP to manage and deliver complex BIM projects in a dynamic construction setting.

You will lead BIM teams, ensure model quality, coordinate disciplines, develop BIM Execution Plans, and ensure on-time delivery of projects with strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BIM/MEP experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in BIM coordination and team management preferred.
• Experience handling international MEP projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, BEP and workflows.

Responsibilities

Detailed Job DescriptionJob Summary

• Looking for an experienced BIM operations and manage Mechanical and Electrical BIM projects.
• The candidate will be responsible for leading BIM teams, ensuring model quality, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, implementing BIM standards, and delivering projects within the required timeline and quality standards.
• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Mechanical and Electrical BIM projects.
• Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators, BIM Modelers and Engineers.
• Plan and monitor BIM project execution from project initiation to final delivery.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, templates and procedures.
• Review Revit MEP models, drawings, families and project documentation.
• Manage BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, Design Engineers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project specifications, LOD requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM requirements.
• Monitor project progress, team performance and resource allocation.
• Identify and resolve technical modelling and coordination issues.

• Good knowledge of Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
• Strong experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical BIM modelling and coordination.
