Job summary

TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer / BIM Coordinator for Chennai with hands-on BIM modelling and coordination expertise. You will develop and maintain accurate BIM models, identify clashes, and support cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure project deliverables.

The role requires proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, strong communication, and a track record of delivering shop drawings and construction drawings in fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for creating and coordinating BIM models, identifying clashes, preparing drawings, and ensuring smooth coordination between different disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Education:

• 10 years of relevant BIM experience.
• Candidates with hands-on project experience in BIM modelling and coordination will be preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates who can independently handle BIM-related project deliverables are preferred.
