TXG - DIGITAL CONSTRUCTION DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator - MEP to join our Chennai delivery team. The role focuses on coordinating MEP BIM models, resolving clashes, and ensuring timely deliverables.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architectural and structural disciplines, reviewing models for accuracy, and leading coordination discussions. Immediate joiners preferred for on-site project work in Chennai.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of BIM experience, preferably in MEP/building services projects.
• Strong experience in MEP BIM coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary and international project teams.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
