Job summary

Ajcapstone Infotech is seeking a highly experienced BIM Coordinator to lead BIM coordination on large-scale projects. The role requires hands-on Revit and AutoCAD skills, strong English communication, and experience with Navisworks for clash detection.

The candidate will manage BEPs, LOD matrices, and coordination reports, ensuring deliverables comply with client requirements and Middle East standards. Collaboration with consultants, contractors, and clients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across MEP and other disciplines.
• Develop, manage, and review BIM models for accuracy and standards compliance.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and lead coordination meetings.
• Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD matrices, and coordination reports.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements and project standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients across stakeholders.
• Manage model updates, version control, and data exchange through CDE platforms.
• Mentor junior BIM team members and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs aligned with project schedules.

We are seeking a highly experienced BIM Coordinator to support and lead BIM coordination on large-scale projects in the Middle East. The candidate must have strong technical BIM expertise, excellent English communication skills, and mandatory hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD.

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across MEP and other disciplines.
• Develop, manage, and review BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and lead coordination meetings.
• Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD matrices, and coordination reports.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with client requirements and Middle East project standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients across multiple stakeholders.
• Manage model updates, version control, and data exchange through CDE platforms.
• Support construction teams with BIM-based coordination and technical solutions.
• Mentor junior BIM team members and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs aligned with project schedules.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 713 years of BIM experience, including Middle East project experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) - mandatory
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD - mandatory
• Proven experience in BIM coordination and interdisciplinary model management.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, and coordination workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360)
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and regional BIM standards.
• Experience working on large commercial, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.
