Job summary

Arth BIM Coordinator role based in Hyderabad requires 5+ years of design, drafting and BIM management on large-scale projects. You will drive digital delivery, create BIM Execution Plans, and maintain BIM standards across the project team.

Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary models, leading a team of BIM modelers, and ensuring QA/QC before deliverables with strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting and BIM management on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in BIM workflows, protocols, and standards within MEP projects.
• Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary models and delivering QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the projects.
• Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards within the MEP project Team.
• Capability of understanding BIM Client Requirements and analyse/implement BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverables
• Document and communicate best practices and workflows.
• Primary contact for BIM related technical support.
• Liaise and coordinate with BIM Specialist / BIM Modeler / BIM Lead / BIM Manager.
• Manage Revit project production and project contents and Standard Library objects
• The ability to create families and should be expertise in modelling.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
• Leading and Managing a team of MEP CAD/Revit Modeler.
• Quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
• The ability to use Navisworks tools for review/QC/documentation.
• Responsible for doing QA/QC before the deliverables.
• Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required.
• Monitors team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.
• Project study and explain to the modelers.
• Be the point of contact for the client in understanding and solving the issues related to the project.

• Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
• Experience on using Navis for Coordination.
• Should have technical knowledge of MEP services.

We are seeking a full-time BIM Coordinator, with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience. The BIM Coordinator plays an important role in the digital delivery and digital integration of projects. Using technical experience and excellent skills, the BIM Coordinator will be responsible for the digital delivery of the design & construction projects. He / She will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plans and other documentation in the project delivery process.
