Qualifications

• Knowledge of MEP coordination and integration of mechanical models with other disciplines.
• Understanding of architecture and civil fundamentals to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's or diploma in Mechanical Engineering; BIM/CAD training is a plus.

As a BIM Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping projects while also enhancing your own expertise in BIM technologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and methodologies, with experience in mechanical systems modeling and coordination.
• Strong skills in interpreting and producing Construction Drawings, including layouts, sections, and detailed mechanical schematics.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination, including integration of mechanical models with other disciplines.
• Understanding of Architecture and Civil Engineering fundamentals to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; additional training in BIM or CAD is an advantage.
• Experience with industry-standard BIM/CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and familiarity with clash detection and model review processes.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with BIM best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on expertise in Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD and BIM coordination tools.
• BIM Experience: min 4 Years
• Ability to train, mentor, and support team members.
• Client‑facing experience with account management, presentations, and walkthroughs.
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
