Job summary

JobItUs is seeking an experienced BIM Architect to develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects in Bengaluru. You will coordinate across Architecture, Structure and MEP, ensuring design integrity and compliance with BEP.

The role requires 3–6 years in BIM-based architectural design, proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks, and strong detailing and documentation skills. GCC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in BIM-based architectural design and documentation.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, design coordination, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD definitions, and BEP implementation.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai or GCC building codes and standards is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Support digital design innovation and promote BIM best practices across teams.
• Maintain organised documentation and ensure models are updated throughout the project lifecycle.
