Job summary

DDF Consultants is seeking a BIM Lead in Delhi to drive architectural design, modeling, and coordination using Revit and Navisworks. You will oversee LOD/LOI, BEP development, and BIM workflows across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, with experience in quantity extraction and multidisciplinary coordination. This role focuses on on-site collaboration with clients and teams to ensure BIM excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture and Navisworks.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural documentation software.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, model federation, LOD/LOI, BEP, and BIM standards.
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination and quantity extraction.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and building construction.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
