The Senior Billing Associate-Client Services will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, resolving client billing inquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, client-facing experience, and a deep understanding of billing systems and financial workflows.

This is a hands-on senior associate role for someone who enjoys the complete billing cycle, including invoice generation, validation, and distribution - especially within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

What You'll Do

Billing Operations

• - Own the end-to-end billing process for US-based professional services engagements.
• - Release invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• - Ensure accuracy of billing data, pricing, contracts, and tax compliance
• - Act as the primary point of contact for client billing queries and dispute resolution
• - Resolve WIP issues, invoice corrections, and re-billings.
• - Track realization, gross margin, bill rates, write-ups, and write-downs.
• - Partner with engagement teams for WIP and AR management.

Systems & Process Excellence

What You Bring

• - 3-5+ years of billing experience in professional services.
