Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create Invoices: Prepare and send out accurate bills and invoices to customers using accounting software.
• Fix Mistakes: Look into and resolve any billing problems or questions from customers or internal teams.
• Keep Records: Update and maintain financial records, digital files, and customer accounts.
• Work with Teams: Help the finance and sales teams by creating regular billing reports.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records, optimizing warehouse space.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders to prevent shortages.
• Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Document and report incidents, damages, or losses to management.
