Job summary

VNU Coal in Gujarat is seeking an experienced Accounts professional to handle invoicing, GST billing, E-Way bills and E-Invoicing. The role requires strong Tally Prime skills and excellent Excel knowledge, with coordination across sales, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.

The candidate should have a proven track record of 3+ years in similar roles and be able to maintain high accuracy in all financial documents while supporting a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Tally Prime for sales invoicing and data entry.
• Strong knowledge of GST billing, e-way bills, and e-invoicing processes.
• Proficient in Excel for accurate data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Sales invoices in Tally Prime accurately and on time.
• Generate and manage E-Way bills and E-Invoices as applicable.
