Responsibilities

• Handle all inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) billing activities accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare, verify, and process patient bills, cash collections, receipts, and refunds.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, insurance teams, and patients for billing-related queries.
• Ensure accurate charge capture for treatments, investigations, procedures, and pharmacy services.
• Maintain billing records and support documentation as per hospital policies.
• Assist in insurance, TPA, and cashless billing processes.
• Reconcile daily billing transactions and submit reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing protocols and statutory requirements.
• Address patient queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
