Job summary

Ruby Hall Clinic (RHC) in Pune invites an experienced Hospital Billing Manager to oversee day-to-day billing operations for IPD, OPD, diagnostics, and procedures. You will supervise the billing team and coordinate with TPAs, insurers, patients, doctors, and departments to ensure accurate and timely revenue cycle activities.

The ideal candidate holds an MBA, has at least 5 years in hospital billing, and shows strong analytical, communication, and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• MBA qualification required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant hospital billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of TPA/insurance processes and revenue cycle management.
• Excellent communication, coordination and team-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hospital billing/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for reconciliation and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and applicable billing/insurance guidelines.
