Job Description – Billing Executive

We are hiring a Billing Executive with 2+ years of experience in B2B client billing and invoicing.

Must have hands-on experience in B2B Client Billing / Corporate Billing
Experience in invoice generation and GST billing
Should have basic knowledge of accounts and billing processes
The company uses proprietary billing software, so experience with Tally is not mandatory
Should be comfortable learning and working on company-specific software
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth billing operations
Handle billing-related queries and ensure timely and accurate invoicing

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B billing/client billing
• Good understanding of GST invoicing and billing procedures
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Comfortable working with Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly
• Good coordination and communication skills

Note: Candidates with experience in B2B client billing will be preferred. Tally experience is not required, as the company has its own billing software.
