Job summary

Synstack Technologies in Pune is seeking a Billing & Estimation Engineer to handle RCC project estimates and billing from Kharadi. You will prepare quantity take-offs, develop BOQs and detailed estimates, and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for RCC structures.

The role requires hands-on experience with BBS, BOQ, quantity estimation, and client/subcontractor billing, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel. Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing for RCC projects.
• Ability to prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and develop cost estimates.
• Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and generate RA bills and final bills.
• Verify subcontractor bills and maintain billing records.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to monitor costs.
