Job summary

UK Realty based in Mumbai is seeking a billing/finance professional to manage project billing end-to-end. You will prepare RA, interim, and final bills, track progress, and ensure accurate invoicing across on-site and off-site activities.

You will verify bills with BOQ, resolve discrepancies, support cash flow projections, and maintain compliant documentation for audits and GST requirements. Direct coordination with the director is included.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit running and final bills in accordance with project progress and contractual terms (RA bills, interim bills, final bills, etc.)
• Track and record work progress (on-site and off-site) to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with site engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors for measurement verification and certification.
• Maintain and update records of billing documents, material reconciliation, cost analysis, and variations.
• Verify subcontractor/vendor bills against BOQ, work orders, and site execution.
• Review and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes with clients or vendors.
• Assist in preparing cost-to-complete forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Support audit and compliance processes with proper documentation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, tax (GST), and contractual obligations in billing processes.
