Job summary

The Billing/MIS Engineer at Adhirohah Infrastructure Private Limited will prepare and check client and contractor bills, run account bills, and manage billing documentation. You will verify site quantities, coordinate with project and accounts teams, and ensure timely submission of accurate bills based on drawings and site measurements.

Candidate should have 2–5 years of experience with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Good command of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of contract conditions, rate analysis, and material reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client bills, contractor bills, and RA bills as per contract terms.
• Prepare detailed measurements and quantity calculations based on approved drawings and actual site work.
• Verify quantities executed at the site and coordinate with site engineers for measurement confirmation.
• Prepare and maintain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), measurement sheets, and abstract sheets.
• Check item rates, contract conditions, extra items, and variation claims.
• Prepare subcontractor bills and verify quantities before processing payments.
• Maintain records of work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the site team, planning team, commercial team, and accounts department.
• Prepare reconciliation statements for cement, steel, aggregates, and other construction materials.
• Track submitted bills, certified amounts, deductions, retention money, and outstanding payments.
• Assist in preparing variation statements, deviation statements, and final bills.
• Ensure billing documentation complies with company procedures and client requirements.
• Maintain billing records and prepare periodic billing progress reports.
• Use AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing or ERP software for quantity calculations and documentation.
