Job Description

The BillingEngineer – Civil is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing allbilling-related activities for high-rise construction projects involving Mivanshuttering technology. This includes client billing, subcontractorbilling, quantity estimation, reconciliation of materials, and coordinationwith site execution and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare running account (RA) bills,final bills, and certification of subcontractor invoices based on executedquantities.
  
• Coordinate with clients andconsultants for verification and approval of bills.
  
• Track work progress against BOQ andscope to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  

Quantity Surveying & Estimation

• Take accurate measurements from siteand drawings for civil, structural, and Mivan-related works.
  
• Prepare quantity take-offs forconcrete, shuttering, reinforcement, finishing, and MEP embedments incoordination with execution teams.
  
• Ensure correct deductions andadditions as per IS codes and contract norms.
  
• Reconcile quantities of keymaterials such as Mivan formwork, steel, and concrete.
  
• Maintain detailed logs anddocumentation for measurements, approvals, and changes.
  
• Track consumption and recovery ofMivan materials and other high-value items.
  

RateAnalysis & Cost Control

• Support rate analysis for variationitems and extra items based on market rates and DSR.
  
• Monitor cost trends and provideinputs for budget forecasting and cost optimization.
  
• Coordinate with procurement and financeteams for material cost tracking.
  

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with site engineers,planning, and accounts departments for smooth flow of billing data.
  
• Attend client meetings and supportin justifying quantities and bill submissions.
  
• Resolve discrepancies in billsthrough site verification and clarifications.
  
• Proficiency in billing procedures for high-rise structuresand Mivan works
  
• Strong measurement and estimation skills across civiland structural domains
  
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and contractbilling formats
  
• Familiarity with IS codes, CPWD/DSR practices, andindustry standards
  
• Skilled in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billingsoftware (e.g., ERP/SAP)
  
• Based at project site or HO with frequent site visits
  
• Collaborative role with engineering, planning, and commercialteams
  

Requirements
