Melhor Group in Goa seeks a proactive Billing Engineer to support billing, estimation, quantity verification, BOQs, and ERP-based commercial operations for a luxury residential project in Anjuna, North Goa. You will report to the Billing Head and ensure accuracy, timely submissions, and seamless coordination with site teams and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of construction billing experience and a strong grasp of MS Excel and ERP workflows.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of billing and commercial experience in construction projects.
• Experience on luxury residential, high-rise, or hospitality/commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of contractor and labour billing, BOQs, and estimation work orders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support contractor and labour billing processes end-to-end.
• Verify quantities against site execution and BOQs.
• Prepare running bills, final bills, and variation statements.
• Maintain measurement sheets and billing documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for quantity verification.
• Ensure timely submission and closure of billing activities.
• Track and report through ERP and MS Excel dashboards.

We are looking for a highly proactive Billing Engineer who can support billing, estimation, quantity verification, BOQs, contractor billing, and ERP-based commercial operations for a luxury residential project in Anjuna, North Goa.

You will work directly under the Billing Head and will be responsible for ensuring billing accuracy, quantity tracking, work order coordination, and commercial documentation are managed without delays or errors.

If you cannot work under pressure, coordinate aggressively with site and contractors, maintain commercial accuracy, and close tasks on time — this role is not for you.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Contractor Labour Billing Support

• Assist in end-to-end contractor and labour contractor billing processes
• Verify quantities as per site execution and approved BOQs
• Prepare and process running bills, final bills, and variation statements
• Maintain measurement sheets and billing documentation accurately
• Coordinate with site engineers for executed quantity verification
• Ensure timely submission and closure of billing activities

BOQ, Estimation Work Order Support

• Assist in preparation of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project estimates
• Prepare comparison sheets for contractors and vendors
• Support work order preparation and tracking through ERP systems
• Conduct basic rate analysis and commercial comparisons
• Track variations and additional scope works properly

Coordination Commercial Tracking

• Coordinate with Billing Head, Project Managers, procurement, accounts, contractors, and site teams
• Follow up aggressively for pending measurements, approvals, and bill submissions
• Maintain billing trackers, reconciliation statements, and MIS reports
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all commercial records
• Maintain professional communication through emails and reporting systems

ERP, Excel Reporting

• Work efficiently on ERP systems for:
• Billing
• Work orders
• Quantity tracking
• Commercial documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports using MS Excel
• Update commercial trackers and project billing status regularly
• Support management during audits and commercial reviews

Cost Monitoring Documentation

• Assist in tracking project costs and billing status package-wise
• Monitor material and quantity reconciliation records
• Support Billing Head in controlling commercial leakages and billing discrepancies
• Ensure proper compliance with approved commercial formats and procedures
