Job summary

Standard Infratech India is seeking a Site RA Billing & Subcontract Billing Engineer to manage billing activities at project sites. You will prepare client RA bills from measured quantities and verify subcontractor bills per BOQ and contracts, while maintaining MBs and billing records.

You will coordinate with site engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors for bill certification and approvals. The role requires 4–7 years in site RA/ subcontractor billing, strong BOQ, quantity surveying

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 4–7 years of site RA billing and subcontractor billing experience are required.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying and rate analysis is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is required.
• Experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client RA bills based on actual site measurements and executed quantities.
• Prepare and verify subcontractor bills as per BOQ, work orders, and contract terms.
• Maintain Measurement Books (MB), quantity records, and billing documentation.
• Verify site work progress and coordinate with site engineers for measurements.
• Check BOQ quantities, rates, extra items, and deviation statements.
• Reconcile executed quantities, materials, and previous bills.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for bill certification and approval.
• Maintain billing trackers and submit periodic billing reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4-7 years of experience in site RA billing and subcontractor billing.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects preferred.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Experience in infrastructure,Irrigation(Canal) STP/WTP, or pipeline projects preferred.
