Job summary

Habrick Construction is seeking a Civil Billing Specialist to manage RCC, subcontractor and client bills at site in Mumbai Suburban. You will calculate quantities for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering and concrete works, and prepare BOQs, take-offs and measurement sheets.

The role requires reading civil drawings, with strong coordination, documentation and timely billing, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with project teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RCC works and high-rise construction projects.
• Experience in civil billing, quantity surveying, and BOQ preparation.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
