Job summary

INT Cleanroom Systems India seeks a Billing Engineer for an on-site role in Bengaluru. You will prepare and review Bills of Quantities, validate measurements, and ensure accurate billing for projects in coordination with site teams.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying, with the ability to interpret drawings and project specifications.
• Experience working with Billing Systems and processes, including verification and reconciliation of contractor and client bills.
• Proficient in Rate Analysis and cost evaluation for materials, labor, and services.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing quantities, identifying discrepancies, and supporting accurate project costing.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Solid understanding of construction or industrial project workflows; experience in cleanroom or controlled environment projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant engineering or quantity surveying software tools.
