Lumora Estates is seeking a Billing/Cost Control professional to manage contractor RA bills, final bills, and cost variations on real estate and construction projects. The role requires accurate measurement verification, BOQ preparation, and cost control across civil, structural, and finishing works.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience, proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD, and hands-on Farvision ERP expertise, with a focus on residential/villa projects. On-site work in India.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Experience in residential or villa projects is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Farvision ERP is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and verify contractor RA bills and final bills.
• Check bills against BOQs, work orders, approved drawings, and contractual rates.
• Verify site measurements and quantities with site engineers.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Check and certify contractor bills before submission for approval.
• Prepare deviation statements and verify extra items and variation claims.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost variations.
• Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates for additional works.
• Maintain records of measurements, bills, work orders, and payment certificates.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and the accounts department.
• Assist in client billing, payment tracking, and reconciliation of bills.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of bills as per company policies.
