Job summary

Genxhire Services is seeking an experienced Billing, Cost Estimation & Planning Engineer to join its growing civil infrastructure team in Mumbai. The role covers project billing, quantity verification, cost estimation, planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring for piling, excavation, rock anchoring, and related works.

You will coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, contracts, finance, clients, and consultants to ensure timely billing, cost control and efficient project

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Civil Project Billing and RA Billing.
• Strong BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation and RA Billing knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prepare schedules and budgets.

• The candidate will be responsible for project billing, quantity verification, cost estimation, planning, budgeting, and project cost monitoring for piling, excavation, rock anchoring, and other civil infrastructure projects.
• The role requires close coordination with project managers, site engineers, procurement, contracts, finance, clients, and consultants to ensure timely billing, cost control, and efficient project execution.

Mandatory Requirements : -

• Willingness to relocate to Mumbai.
• Experience in Piling, Excavation, Rock Anchoring, Foundation, Geotechnical, or Infrastructure Projects will be highly preferred.
