The role focuses on generating qualified leads, maintaining a steady project pipeline, and communicating with clients to drive opportunities. You will coordinate with the technical/business development team, follow up with prospects, and optimize platform profiles and listings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Bidding Specialist / Bidder / Freelance Business Development Executive
• Practical experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms
• Experience in bidding for IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, ERP, Odoo, Software Development, or similar services

Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and other freelancing platforms
• Submit customized and client-focused proposals based on project requirements
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent project pipeline
• Communicate with clients through platform messages and handle initial discussions
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/business development team when required
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication
• Manage and optimize freelancing platform profiles, proposals, and service listings
• Track bids, responses, follow-ups, and project status
