Job summary

Softel Solution in Delhi is seeking a Tender Coordinator to monitor GeM and government portals, identify relevant tender opportunities, and drive end-to-end submission processes. You will collect technical, commercial, financial, and statutory documents to ensure compliance and timely submission.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams to review PQC, eligibility, and tender terms, and to maximize win potential across NSIC tenders where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience with tender submissions on e-procurement portals is preferred.
• Familiarity with GeM, NSIC, and BEL tendering platforms is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to assemble required documents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GeM, government portals, and e-procurement platforms to identify tender opportunities.
• Evaluate tenders based on business scope and requirements.
• Review PQC and terms to assess eligibility and feasibility.
• Manage end-to-end tendering process from identification to submission and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical, commercial, financial, and statutory documents.
• Ensure documents are complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Track bid progress, evaluations, outcomes, and maintain tender records.
• Review NSIC tenders for eligibility and applicability.
• Maintain records to support future bidding strategies.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor GeM, government portals, and various e-procurement platforms to identify relevant tender opportunities aligned with the companys business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate suitable tenders based on the companys business scope, eligibility, technical capabilities, and commercial requirements.
• Review PQC (Pre-Qualification Criteria), eligibility conditions, tender terms, technical specifications, and scope of work to assess tender suitability and feasibility.
• Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including tender identification, evaluation, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and compile all required technical, commercial, financial, and statutory documents for tender submission.
• Ensure tender documents are complete, accurate, compliant, and submitted within the prescribed deadlines as per client requirements.
• Monitor tender progress and track bid status, technical/commercial evaluation, results, awards, rejections, and unsuccessful bids.
• Maintain and regularly update the tender database, including tender details, submission status, results, client information, and supporting records.
• Review NSIC tenders to determine eligibility and applicability, and process relevant tenders in accordance with company requirements and guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of tender submissions and outcomes to support future bidding strategies and opportunity analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of tender submission through various e-procurement portals, including GeM and BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited) Tendering Platform.
