The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years in beverage operations and hold a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in beverage operations
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Full-time employment in luxury/premium hospitality preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily beverage operations across outlets, bars, and banquet functions.
• Develop and update beverage menus, cocktail lists, mocktails, and wine selections.
• Ensure high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and guest service.
• Monitor beverage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
• Control beverage costs, minimize wastage, and maintain profitability.
• Train and supervise bartenders, mixologists, and beverage service staff.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations, excise laws, and responsible service policies.
• Coordinate with FB, culinary, purchase, and finance teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate beverage consumption records.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Introduce innovative beverage concepts, signature cocktails, and promotional offerings.
