Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or resort environments is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hotel management is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for long periods, flexible shifts, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in Restaurants, Bars, Banqueting and outdoor venues.
• Present menus and take and accurately process orders.
• Serve food and drinks and ensure service areas are clean and stocked.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams and resolve guest queries promptly.
• Support buffet setups, banquets, events and room service as required.

Role Description The Food and Beverage Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mawal, responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and outdoor venues. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking and accurately processing orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that all service areas are clean, well-stocked, and organized. The role involves coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, handling guest queries and special requests, and resolving service issues promptly and professionally. The associate supports buffet setups, banquets, events, and room service as required, adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times. This position requires a guest-focused approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including understanding of menus, service styles, and basic hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess fundamental Culinary Skills or basic food preparation knowledge to coordinate effectively with kitchen operations.
