Job summary

Resource Pro is seeking an Analyst for our Employee Benefits process, focused on spreadsheet-based benefits marketing and analysis for US clients.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience and a bachelor's degree. You will prepare and maintain benefits spreadsheets, review plan details and renewal data, and produce reports for client-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US employee benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Voluntary Benefits.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel with formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and conditional formatting.
• Experience with benefits administration or insurance carrier systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good written communication with US clients.

Responsibilities
