V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter / Senior Resource Manager in Hyderabad to own bench recruitment activities.

The role requires 4–15 years of bench sales experience and hands-on H1 transfers, with a focus on building relationships with prime vendors and direct clients. This is a strict Work from Office position (5 days a week) with evening IST shift timings. Strong negotiation and documentation skills are essential to manage visa statuses and overall talent

Qualifications

• 4–15 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in handling H1 Transfers, OPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizen consultants on the bench.
• Strong understanding of US Tax Terms and Visa Statuses.
• Proven experience in developing relationships with Prime Vendors and Direct Clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document processes and stay updated with industry trends.
