Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date Spa Procedure Manual and compliance.
• Inculcate spa literature, documentation and process handling requirements.
• Hold regular staff meetings to inform on spa operations.
• Ensure equipment, fixtures and furniture are well maintained.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and providers.
• Manage stock and cash items securely.
• Minimize losses through monitoring programs.
• Implement opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, purchasing standards and profitability analyses.
• Monitor financial plans to spot trends and productivity.
• Control service and product margins to ensure profitability.
• Implement cost-saving measures across operations.
• Maintain inventory control and purchasing standards.
• Administer staff and client scheduling for revenue generation and profitability.
• Develop and implement Spa marketing strategies and branding.
• Develop front desk procedures and guest interactions.

• Maintain an up-to-date version of the Spa Procedure Manual and ensure compliance.
• Inculcate Spa literature, documentation and process handling requirements.
• Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa’s operation.

• Minimize or eliminate losses through negligence with monitoring programs.
• Implement a clearly established opening and closing procedure.

• Be proactive in developing publicity opportunities and effectively dealing with Guests.
• Develop and maintain gracious and efficient front desk procedures.
• Maintain and update all necessary internal and external signage.
• Implement ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales, staff & customers.
• Guide by suggesting business decisions by staying on top of Spa industry trends.
• Maintain a strong menu of services with both exceptional artistic and aesthetic value.
• Consistently develop and grow retail sales through training, tools and monitoring.
• Ensure the Spa is always staged for maximum buyer impact. Customer Service

• Monitor customer satisfaction with surveys, focus groups and comment cards.
• Ensure and deliver credible, competitive, value-plus service to the customer.
• Guide staff to become caring problem solvers, ethical, accommodating and fair.
• Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an Ability to handle difficult situations.
• Uphold gracious front desk procedures in the booking and handling of customers.
• Maintain fresh, effective programs to consistently retain and grow customer base.
