Travaa Wellness Spa is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at its Kharghar location.

The ideal candidate will have prior spa management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of achieving service and sales targets while upholding hygiene standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Spa Manager in a professional spa is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, customer service, and sales.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance incentives.
• Basic computer knowledge for bookings, reports, and inventory management.
• Candidates with experience in premium spas, wellness centres, salons, or hospitality businesses will be preferred.

Responsibilities
